Interesting analysis of Red Bull’s business.

However, thre are two points I disagree with:

1. Sponsorship – Red Bull pours HUGE amounts of cash into sponsorship, e.g. only their F1 and soccer teams cost them around $400 million.

2. Merchandising – how is it that they keep merchandising ‘out of consumer reach’??? Red Bull pays a lot to retailers and club owners to position and display their drinks prominently!
